Im 27 Years old and and I have a passion for staying as fit and healthy as I possibly can. I have such a love for good clean food and love to cook and experiment in the kitchen. My journey began a few years back and Ive since lost about 50 lbs. I feel absolutely amazing! Ive always loved to cook ever since I was little and over the past few years have developed a love for working out and fitness. (I'm a Spin-O-holic!) I love challenging myself and pushing myself to see what I can accomplish. My motto is to just be happy, be healthy, be active and just be simply amazing!
